New Recruit Trophy Requirement

We currently have a minimum trophy requirement for new recruits. I believe experience level is more important and that we should be recruiting people who have the same level of experience as the average clan member.

id go for lvl 60 for new recruits, we only have 3 under 50. we should be aiming higher now as the game is getting harder. Existing members should not fear any risk of kicking though as loyalty is just as important, yhis should be for NEW members only when recruiting
