    If we want to grow as a clan in the rankings I believe it would help to set a minimum trophy level. This could help with recruiting more experienced players while still allowing us to farm. If clan members go below this level, I think they should receive a warning the first week and a kick by the second week if they don't increase trophy count to minimum level. We could consider giving PC an exemption since his experience level is lower.

    I'd recommend 1400 minimum but I'd retain the 1500 recruit limit. I'd exempt the young gun purp for now, because his xp is low.
